ISSUE: The course I purchased isn’t showing up on my Student Profile.
SOLUTION: Please allow a few minutes for your payment to go through. Sometimes it helps to log off, then log back in. This should reset your cookies and allow the course access link to appear. If problems persist, please email me at email@example.com.
ISSUE: My coupon code is not working.
SOLUTION: Make sure you entered it correctly. Make sure you pressed “apply coupon” button. If problems persist, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
ISSUE: Where can I view/download my course certificate?
SOLUTION: Press the button on the bottom left of your Student Profile screen.
